Choosing the right vehicle for you
Firstly, it is very recommended to order the rental car long before your arrival to lower the rental costs, and to ensure the availability of the vehicle you desire (or a similar class vehicle).
In order to perfectly match our vehicle to your specific needs, we need to be fully aware of your physical limitations and your personal preference.
First of all, it is important to define who is the designated driver, is he the one with the physical limitations or not. This definition is crucial because your car needs to be customized and prepared for you and will not be modified after you pick it up.
Second of all, it is important to define which kind of disability does your passenger have, this way we can prepare the car to his/her specific needs. If the disabled person is the passenger, how does he get around (with a wheelchair, walker, crutches, by himself or with another person’s help). The disabled person needs space and accessories to provide him with maximal comfort and safety he deserves while entering, driving and exiting the vehicle. If the disabled person is the driver, would he prefer to sit on the original car sit or his own wheelchair? All of these questions needs to be answered in order to match you the best suiting vehicle for you and your travelling partners.
In order to choose the right type of vehicle for you, you need to tell us the amount of passengers, the size and type of their cargo, and what is the use of the vehicle. Try to plan ahead what is the right size of the car you would like to rent to give you a spacious and comfortable ride. You also need to consider the type of petrol, for instance, if your planning long drives, it may worth your while to rent a diesel fueled vehicle.
How will you pick up the vehicle?
If your mobility on your trip is mostly based on your vehicle, we recommend to rent a GPS device to help you get around, especially if you are not a native Israeli. We remind you that the GPS navigator is not included in the rental fee and will be charged separately. If you choose to use a GPS application on your own smartphone, be sur that you have a decent bundle to successfully operate the navigation app. Additionally, make sure you have a car phone charger and the relevant maps for your trip installed on your app.
